What we do

Repairs

Air conditioners, heat pumps, gas and electric furnaces, and ductless units. We tell you what failed, show you if we can, and write down the price before we fix it.

Replacements

We size the new system to the house — its insulation, windows, ducts and the desert heat — and write down how we got the number. You get options: like-for-like, higher efficiency, or a heat pump.

Tune-ups

A spring cooling check and an autumn heating check. Coils, drains, burners, safety controls and filters, with a short written note each time.
